Accessibility

Accessibility

We're committed to making soavella.com usable for everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse.

Our standards

We work toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is the international benchmark for digital accessibility, covering things like:

- Sufficient colour contrast for users with low vision
- Keyboard navigation for users who can't use a mouse
- Screen reader compatibility for users who are blind or have low vision
- Clear language and consistent layout
- Alternative text on meaningful images

Where we still have work to do

Soavella is a young brand and we don't claim full compliance yet. The areas we're actively improving:

- Image alt text across product photography
- Keyboard navigation through our size guide and review carousel
- Screen reader testing on mobile
- Form field labelling at checkout

If you spot a problem

If something on our site doesn't work for you, please tell us. Email hello@soavella.com with:

- The page where the problem happened
- A short description of what didn't work
- The browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using

We respond to accessibility reports within 48 hours and aim to fix issues within 30 days. If a fix will take longer than that, we'll explain why and give you a clear timeline.

Alternative formats

If you need information from this site in a different format (large print, plain text, audio), email hello@soavella.com and we'll send it within 5 working days.

Browser and assistive technology compatibility

Our site is designed to work with current versions of:

- Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers
- VoiceOver (iOS and macOS)
- TalkBack (Android)
- NVDA and JAWS (Windows)

If you're using older versions of these tools or different assistive technology, parts of the site may not work as expected. Email us and we'll do our best to help.
