How it works

Wear them around the flat, take them on a date, take them to a wedding. If by day 29 they're not the most comfortable heels you own, send them back for a full refund. Free UK returns. No questions asked.

What you need

• Your order number
• The shoes in their original condition (we understand they'll have been worn — that's the point of trying them properly)

How to start a return

Email returns@soavella.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid UK returns label within 24 hours.

Once we receive the shoes back, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.

What's not covered

• Returns received after day 30 from the delivery date
• Shoes that have been deliberately damaged or modified
