Shipping Information

Free standard delivery on every UK order, no minimum spend.

UK Delivery

Free standard delivery — 6 to 10 business days from order.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a separate dispatch confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed the next working day. Weekend and UK bank holiday orders are processed the next available working day.

Once dispatched, your order ships via tracked delivery so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.

Tracking Your Order

Your dispatch confirmation email includes a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, or email hello@soavella.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of your order date, email hello@soavella.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it within 48 hours.

Wrong Address?

We can update your delivery address up until the moment your order is dispatched. Email hello@soavella.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is coming — sign up for our email list to know when it launches.
